We are a full service permitting agent, specializing in Residential New Construction Permits, and our service includes the following:
Completion of all documents for permit submittal
Filing of Notice of Commencement at County Clerk's office
Submittal of Utility Service Agreement with County Utilities office

Our scheduled pickup and delivery service gives you the peace of mind knowing that your projects to be permitted will be picked from your location daily and submitted the same business day in most cases. All jobs that have been processed by the municipality will be returned to your location each day, as well. This is a scheduled service and does not require a call ahead, allowing you to focus on other tasks.
